VirtualBox Guest Addtions status: No
OS/2 1.30.2 is a 16 bit version of OS/2 that looks a lot like Windows 3.x. Microsoft wrote OS/2 for IBM’s PS/2 line of Personal Computers and at the same time was working on MS Windows 3.x.
There is not a lot of software out there for this but Dos programs can be run on it as well as OS/2 command window programs and any GUI programs written at the time.
This does install on VirtualBox. To install 1.3.0 on a faster computer or VirtualBox, OS/2 speed patches described here to the boot disk must be applied: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/installing-os2-1-x-in-a-virtualbox-vm/ Later versions correct the issue.
